JD.COM is one of the largest e-commerce company in China, and JD Cloud Warehouse is responsible for the storage and shipping of JD.com's own products.

The e-commerce business has high requirements for the efficiency of warehousing and warehousing, and it is often difficult to achieve such efficiency manually, so they seek fully automated warehouse storage solutions at the beginning.

The solution we designed for them was a fully automated warehouse solution with a four-way shuttle and reciprocating elevator. The four-way shuttle can go to every corner of the warehouse without manual intervention, and the four-way shuttle warehouse can meet the diversity of commodity varieties, enterprises can plan different areas to store goods according to their business needs, and multiple shuttle vehicles can run together in the same warehouse, so that the warehouse's outbound and inbound capabilities have been greatly improved.

At the entrance and exit of the warehouse, we add a conveyor line. Through the conveyor line, the goods on the pallet are transported to the area selected by the worker. After the worker completes the selection, the goods on the pallet are transported to the entrance of the warehouse through the conveyor line.
